If you are an uninsured or underinsured woman or man, the Coalition Against Breast Cancer, Inc. has set up a fund to assist in either paying the total cost of or helping to defray some of the cost of a mammography or other screening test. If you are insured & have been denied coverage for testing by your insurance company due to age or other factors you may be eligible for our support. Our goal is to insure that all women & men are able to receive this vital early detection & are not denied due to lack of funds. Early detection is critical.

Please make a Mammography or other screening appointment at a facility of your choice in your local area.  Include the name, address, telephone number and the date of your appointment on the application. We will contact the facility on your behalf to make payment arrangements.
